Healthy Banana Bread Cake With Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients (for the cake)
3 medium ripe bananas
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup monk fruit sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups self rising flour
Ingredients for the frosting
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup almond milk unsweetened
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions
Start by soaking the dates in the almond milk and set aside
Blend the bananas in your food processor first
Once it’s smooth add 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt 1 cup monk fruit sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla extract into the food processor as well and blend until smooth
Pour into a large mixing bowl and whisk in the flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Grease or line a standard cake pan (medium sized) pour the batter in and smooth the top)
Bake for 20 minutes allow it to rest for 39 minutes then chill for 1 hour
Strain the dates and blend them alone first
Pour the almond milk back in and blend
Blend in the cocoa powder and monk fruit sweetener, chill the frosting for 20-30 minutes
Once the cake and frosting is chill frost the cake and serve!
