Dear friends this is a very simple and healthy breakfast recipe.

Ingredients

2 cup oats
1/4 cup semolina
2 spoon yogurt/ curd/ dahi
water as required to make paste
salt as per taste
oil for greesing pan

Method

Dry roast oats on slow flame about a minute. Grind oats and semolina in mixer. The mixture should be in powdered form. Add in the mixture the rest of the ingredients – water , yoghurt and salt. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes. Check the consistency of batter. Heat the pan in low medium flame. Grease the pan with little amount of oil. Pour the batter and let it cook . Your pancakes are ready to eat.

-ps. you can also add edible soda or eno if u want the pancake to be more fluffy.

APPROX Calorie count 75-100 Calorie per pancake.
