Elimination was tough, but I’m so so so happy I did it. Cannot wait to dig into some pasta, ice cream and coffee SOON. Catch me being glutenous next week 🙂

🦃 Donna’s Turkey Chili Recipe
1-2lb Ground Turkey
1-2 Cans of Chili Beans (Black or Pinto)
1 Liter Tomato Juice
Vegan Cheese
Siete Tortilla Chips
Simply Organic Spicy Chili Seasoning
1 Box Brown Rice Pasta
Brown Turkey. Drain. Add chili seasoning. Boil water + cook brown rice pasta. Combine turkey, beans, tomato juice in a large pot + set to medium heat. After 20 minutes of low boil, your chili is ready to go!
Add pasta, vegan cheese, and sieto chips to chili. YUM!
🐓 🍋 Donna’s Chicken Lemon Orzo (Rice) Soup
4 Tbsp Gluten Free Flour
8 Tbsp Ghee
1 Cup Almond Milk
Rotisserie Chicken
4 Large Carrots
4 Large Stalks of Celery
3 Stalks of Green Onion
1 Cup Rice
2 Lemons
2-3 32oz. Boxes of Chicken Stock
Make the roux by melting ghee and adding the almond milk. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat, keep whisking, and add flour a few Tbsp’s at a time. Continually whisk at low heat until roux thickens. Set aside.
Put chicken stock into soup pot and start cutting up veggies. Boil the stock and add veggies asap so they have time to cook. Move on to taking the meat off of the chicken and adding it to the stock. Add rice and make sure to cook the rice fully. 5 minutes before eating, add the roux and continue boiling the soup. Right before serving, add the 2 lemons. Add salt. YUM.
🍫 Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Almond Smoothie
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein
1-2 Stalks of Kale
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
1/4 Cup Almonds
1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Strawberries
*Definitely needed some more fiber in this one but my gut was acting up so I decided to chill on the flax seeds.
