Hi Friends, In this shorts video I have shared with you weight loss recipe which is low in calories and will help you to lose weight as it is made up with oats and lots of veggies and eggs. This oats omelette recipe is super delicious weight loss recipe. You can add spices and vegetables as per your choice to make this deliciously healthy breakfast or dinner recipe.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Grinded Rolled Oats
3 tbsp Water
1 Whole egg
1 Egg without Yolk
1tbsp Canola Oil
Pink salt as per your taste
Black salt as per your taste
Indian Chaat Masala as per your taste
Red Chili Powder as per your taste
2 tbsp of grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped capsicum very small pieces
2 tbsp boiled corns or frozen corns
Some Chopped Coriander Leaves
