Jowar roti
Serve-5
Ingredients
1-Jowar atta(sorghum flour)-1 cup (100 gm)
2-Bottle gourd-100 gm
3-Carrot-70 gm
4-Onion-40 gm
5-Green chili, ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
6-Coriender leaves- handful
7-Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
8-turmeric and coriander powder- as per taste
9-Sesame seeds-1 tsp
10-Salt-as per taste
11-Oil-Few drops
Cooking method
1-Take a bowl add all ingredients add ½ cup water and mix well.
2-Divide the batter in 5 portions
3-Grease the pan, spread the 1 portion of batter add few drops of oil.
4-Cook it both sides
Our healthy jowar weight loss roti is ready to serve.
We can have 2 jowar roti with 100 gm curd in our diet during breakfast/dinner time.
