I created this YouTube Channel to share my experience with losing 70 lbs in 2020 on a whole food plant based diet. I came across Dr. Mcdougall and the Starch Solution and his program for maximum weight loss in May of 2020 and was able to do a deep dive to learn about plant based living and plant based weight loss. It has changed my whole life! By learning about calorie density, I was able to use plants to lose the excess weight, fix my hormones, heal my body and am now living my most healthy life. I was able to this with a full plate, never feeling hungry or dissatisfied. I created this channel to share tips, tricks, and recipes that I wish I could have found when I was just starting my journey.
