Usually, chivda will make through rice flakes and that contain high amount of oil also. This jowar chivda is low in oil and gluten free recipe also. So suitable for everyone those who have pcos/pcod,thyroid, diabetes ,high cholesterol issues they can also have this recipe in their diet plan for weight loss.

Jowar chivda
Serve-14
Ingredients
1-Jowar fales-220 gm(6 cups)
2-Groundnut-50 gm
3-Roasted Bengal gram-50 gm
4-cumin seeds-1.5 spoons
5-Curry leaves-10 gm
6-Turmeric-1 tsp
7-Red chili flakes-as per taste
8-Salt-as per taste
9-Oil-4 tsp

Cooking method
1-Take a pan add 4 tsp oil, ad 1.5 tsp cumin seeds.
2-Then add groundnuts, roasted chana, curry leaves and turmeric.
3-Fry it.
4-then add jowar flakes in batches.
5-roast it for 5-8 min in slow flame.
6-Then add red chili flakes and salt. Mix well.
7-Keep it aside for cool down, once it cools down store it in airtight container.
8-We can store this weight loss snack for up to 1 month.
Take ½ cup jowar chivda during evening time to mid-morning time.
