🥘 On the eve of India’s 75th Independence Day, I proudly present a preparation made of Indian national vegetable, Pumpkin. In this video I’ve shared a very easy Pumpkin soup recipe. This soup is not only very healthy and helps you lose weight but also very tasty. This low calorie pumpkin soup can be consumed as a starter in dinner, as a full meal in the supper, i.e. practically any time of the day. Even kids will love it along with the adults. Do try it at home.

Pumpkin – 500 grams
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 ea.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Fresh cream – 1 tsp (for garnishing)
