Healthy Sausage And Rice Recipe 220 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1/4 cup brown rice
3 oz chicken sausage
1/8 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/8 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

Preparation

Cook rice For 15 min

In a medium pan heat olive oil in medium heat. Then add sausage and cook until begins to brown about 5 min.
