INGREDIENTS:

-Phase-1 friendly veggies of your choice (chopped)
-1 packet of Ideal Protein Fine Herbs & Cheese Omelet Mix

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Chop up your Phase 1 veggies and put them in a muffin tin.
2. Pour the egg mix onto the veggies.
