Hello everyone what I have here is part of our new diet that we are going to try our hardest to stick with. I have had heart disease now for almost 20 years with my blood numbers sky high and I thought I was eating healthy not eating fast food, no soda and nearly all of our meals were homecooked.
Now I have a blood test again coming and my family is ambitious to get my cholesterol down and with our new ambition we are noticing increased energy as well as feeling good.
