White Chickpeas – 3/4 cups
Onions – 2
Green chillies – 3
Tomatoes – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Curd – 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Garam masala
Biryani masala
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Water – 2 cups
Mint & coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For seasoning
Oil – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cinnamon
Cardamoms
Cloves
& bay leaves
