Creamiest egg mayo sandwich and super easy to make!
Once hard boiled eggs are cooked, only takes 5 mins to make the sandwiches!
Ingredients for 2 pax serving:
– 8 Hard boiled eggs
– 1/2 Onion
– Japanese mayonnaise
– Cream cheese
– Salt
– Sugar
– Black Pepper
– Bread
Preparation:
[Egg mayo]
– Separate the egg yolks from egg whites
– Into the bowl of egg yolks, add a tablespoon of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.
– In a separate bowl, crush the egg whites into smaller pieces.
– Add the egg whites and chopped onions into the bowl of egg yolks and mix well.
[Sandwich]
– Trim off the crust of the bread
– Add a generous scoop of egg mayo on the bread
– Sandwich the egg mayo with another slice of bread
– Press down firmly on the sandwich
– Slice the sandwich into halves to reveal the beautiful egg mayo cross section
– Serve and enjoy.
