HealthyTurkey Sausage And Rice Recipe 260 calories (1 serving)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup red onion chopped
3 oz low-fat low sodium turkey sausage
1/4 cup broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1/8 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/8 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup brown rice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Preparation
Cook rice for about 10 min.
In large pan heat, olive oil on medium heat then add sausage and cook. stir well until sausage is brown about 5 min.
in another pan add olive oil and garlic and onion and stir well until onion is softened about 5 min.
