It goes really well with your Pita bread or as a dip with your favourite vegetables.

Ingredients:
200 Gms boiled chickepeas / 1 Can of chickpeas- Drained
3 tablespoon of Tahini
4 garlic cloves- You can reduce the garlic depending on your taste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt- A per your taste
NO Water to be added
Food Processor- 1-2 Minutes or until you get a smooth paste- if you don’t like it too thick or creamy add 1-2 tablespoon of water and blend again.
Customization- Add Chopped Parsley and Mix
Note- To serve Immediately drizzle some Olive Oil and serve
Storage- Upto a week in fridge
