Mushrooms are rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Its very quick and easy yet yummy recipe.

Ingredients :
500 gm mushrooms
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
Salt as per taste
Lemon juice
Pinch of pepper powder or crushed pepper
Bread slices

You can also serve sauted mushrooms on already toasted bread. I like to toast it in oven or on tawa/pan along with sauted mushrooms.
