INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE:
-100 gms Tofu cut in cubes
-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 cup chopped bell peppers
-1 cup largely chopped onions
-100 gms chopped cabbage
-1 cup chopped carrots
FOR DRESSING:
-Salt to taste
-Black pepper powder 1 pinch
-Soya sauce 1 tbsp
-Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
-Honey 1 tbsp
-1 lemon juiced
