INGREDIENT
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Salt
Egg
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 OZ Apple Sauce
1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil

How to make
– Take a bowl add 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats, 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda, 1 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour,1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
and a pinch of salt then mix it well
– Take another bowl put 1 egg, 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbsp Honey, 1/2 OZ Apple Sauce, 1 Tbsp Melted Coconut Oil then mix it well
– put the first bowl on the second bowl then mix it well
– Take a oven tray put the mixture one by one on it
– bake it on 350F for 12 minute
– Enjoy
