Made with wholesome ingredients like strawberries, pomegranate, pitaya, acai, maqui and more! Because we feel good sharing recipes that make us feel good💕
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS
🌾 1/2 cup oat flour
✨ 1 tbsp maple syrup or other sugar replacement
💕 1 tsp blush blend
💜 1 tsp berry exotic blend
🍌 1/4 cup mashed banana (1 small banana)
🥚 1 large egg
🥛 1/4 cup almond milk
🍓 1/3 cup strawberries (chopped)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees F
2. Mix together all ingredients (except the strawberries) until smooth in a small bowl. Then, fold in half the strawberries (1/6 cup).
3. Grease 2 ramekins and pour half the batter into each. Top off with the remaining strawberries (1/6 cup).
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when stuck into the centre.
