8 tortillas or roti
4 eggs
cheese – 1 cup
spinach -3,5 oz or 100 gms
corn- 1 cup
tomatoes – 1 cup
onions – 1 cup
cumin powder- 1/4 th tsp
salt
pepper
paprika – 1/4th tsp
avocado, mashed – 1 large
pickled jalapeno
