-INGREDIENTS-
For boiling-
1. Water enough for soaking and boiling the vermicelli
2. 1 tbsp Oil
3. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
4. 400g Vermicelli
5. Salt as per taste

For frying vegetables-
1. 2-3 tbsp Oil
2. 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3. 2-3 tsp Urad Dal
4. 2-3 tsp Chana Dal
5. 1 chopped onion
6. Few curry leaves chopped
7. 2 green chillies chopped
8. 1&1/2 inch Ginger Chopped
9. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
10. 1/2 tbsp Tomato Paste
11. Salt as per taste
12. 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
13. 1 cup Peas
14. 1 Carrot grated
15. 2-3 tbsp coconut grated

Garnishing-
1. Few peanuts
2. Few coriander leaves chopped
3. 1/2 lemon juice
