Sharing some healthy breakfast ideas I have on rotation every week! All the recipes are versatile so you can add your own spin to them!
Avocado Toast
-eggs
-bread
-olive oil
-an avocado
-lemon pepper
-salt
Vegetable Frittata
– 8 eggs
-1/4c milk
-1/4 tsp ground nutmeg or to taste
-salt to taste
-veggies of choice (i used 1 leek, 1 bell pepper and 4-5 white mushrooms)
-1/2 cup shredded cheese
Breakfast Potatoes
-5 mini potatoes or a large one, diced
-1 small yellow onion, diced
-1 green bell pepper
-2 veggie sausages
-salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
-2 eggs
Smoothie Bowl
-1 frozen Banana
-3/4 c mango
-up to 1/2c iced water (add it little by little)
-1 tsp chia seeds
-unsweetened coconut flakes
Oat Pancakes
