Mini Butter rolls recipe
Garlic Fougasse recipe
Ingredients.
• 80 g whole grain flour
• 205 ml/g cold water
• 50 g melted butter
• 25 g maple syrup
• 8 g salt
• 280 g bread flour
•4 g instant yeast
In the bowl of the stand mixer, add the whole grain flour, pour in the water ,stir and let it stand for few minutes to soften the grains.
Add the butter,syrup,salt followed by the bread flour then yeast.
Mix at low speed for about 2-3 minutes.
Increase speed to medium and continue mixing for another 7-8 minutes or till you achieve thin dough membrane.
Round up the dough, oil the same bowl and put the dough and cover.
Let it rest for 1 hour or till size has doubled.
Punch air out, divide into 4 equal pieces.( you may use scale to be precise).Round up loosely then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

Notes;
Baking temp.-200°C
Baking time- 40-45 minutes
