Ingredients you’ll need:
APPLE FRITTER:
– 20g Flour
– 15g Protein Powder
– 40g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
– 1/2tsp Baking Powder
– 1/2tsp Cinnamon
– 1/8tsp Nutmeg
– Pinch of Salt
– 30g Greek Yogurt
– 15g SF Maple Syrup
– 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 50g Peeled Diced Apple
GLAZE:
– 20g Powdered Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
– 6-8g Almond Milk (add a little at a time)
** Toss Apple Fritter in Air Fryer for 10-12 mins @ 400 °F or Oven for 18-20 mins @ 400 °F
