Hey friends!!🌞 welcome to another what I eat in a week video ( both of our favourite type of video! ) During this video I was starting to feel sick so this is a great look into the food I like when I need to save some of my energy while still nourish my body with delicious vegan meals!
I love to spend my time in the kitchen, but I know many of you don’t have time with your schedule. However, many of these meals don’t take a lot of prep time but are still full of great flavour and lots of nourishment!

1/4 cup + 1 tbsp PB
2 1/2 tbsp tahini
3 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp ashwagandha
2 tbsp coconut flour ( I would use oat flour next time!!! )
1 handful of mini chocolate chips

1/4 block tofu ( cut 1/4″ slices )
1 tbsp tamari
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
bbq sauce of choice
Greens:
2 cups kale ( chopped )
3/4 cup red cabbage ( sliced )
1/3 cup parsley ( chopped )
1/4 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
