-1/2 cup oat
– 1 cup Almond Milk or (milk)
– 1/4 cup water
-1teaspoon chia seed
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
– 1 banana
– 1 tbs maple syrup or honey for topping
– some fruits for topping (I used strawberries &blueberries )
