5 EASY meal ideas – healthier options for breakfast, lunch or dinner & adding superfood ingredients!

In today’s video I will be sharing 5 different EASY meal ideas that you can make at home and will provide some healthier options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I love adding superfood ingredients like Ceylon cinnamon, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts, cacao nibs, kale, etc, snuck into everyday meals like soup, oatmeal, smoothies, etc.
SPICE up your meals with NUTRITION! I’m learning to do the same as well.

– Oatmeal mixed with blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, ceylon cinnamon, chocolate chips and peanut butter — topped with walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, peanut butter
1:50 Meal #2
Celery, carrots, onion, garlic, chicken breast, seasoning, kale and macaroni — topped with dill, hemp seeds,
3:46 Meal #3
Lamb, beef, seasoning and rice meatballs, thrown into soup with carrot, celery, potatoes, garlic, and onion — topped with Kale, flaxseeds and hemp seeds!
***TIP!!!!****I love adding Kale to soups! Kale, for some people, can be hard to digest raw, so pouring hot soup over it allows it to cook just a bit and still provides you with high nutritional value and avoids stomach upset. ***
***TIP #2!!!**** Raw seeds can also be hard to digest. For this reason, I grind flaxseeds and have NO trouble with their digestion (unlike before , I’ll spare you the details). If you came across the same issue, I encourage you to try grinding the seeds. There is evidence that whole flaxseeds grinded right before consumption holds more nutritional value then already ground flaxseeds store bought.
4:49 Meal #4 (sorry I mislabeled it in the video!)
Chia seed milk (WHICH IS AWESOME BTW), banana, avocado, pineapple, strawberry, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, ceylon cinnamon (can’t even taste it but helps with blood sugar balance), walnuts and peanut butter (for protein to stay full). Had this right before I got my hair cut!

Garlic Parmesan chicken wings with a side of Caesar salad – I followed this recipe for the first time in my Instapot! We liked it a lot!
