WW Points: Green 15, Purple 12, Blue 12 for 1/6 of casserole (this is a big serving)
Asian Chicken Yum Yum Bowls recipe: adapted from littlemsmagnolia on Instagram
Chicken breast, 1 lb
Marinade: corn starch, tamari
Toppings: diced cucumber, shredded carrots, green onion
Sauce: mayo, ketchup, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, sugar, garlic, sesame oil
Glaze for chicken: peanut sauce, tamari
WW Points: Green: 10 with 1 cup white rice, Purple: 8 with 1 cup white rice, Blue: 8 with 1 cup white rice
Falafel Bowls recipe:
Falafel mix (or do homemade)
Cucumber salad: diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, diced onion, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, honey, olive oil, basil
Rice: Follow cooking instructions but use coconut water to replace tap, water, lemon juice, onion salt, basil
WW Points: Green 12 for 4 falafels and rice
Sloppy Joes recipe:
Ground beef, 1 lb
Onion
Black beans
Ketchup, garlic powder, pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, dill
WW Points: 9 for 1/4 recipe on all plans, not including bun
