KETO CHICK-FIL-A SANDWICH! I Made a Quick, Simple, Easy Keto Chicken Sandwich Copycat

Ingredients:

Macros: (Pair-Buns Only)
3g Net Carbs
2g Fiber
5g Total Carbs
8g Protein
13g Fat
157 Calories

Directions:
1. Prepare sauce.
2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
3. Cover and chill in the fridge.
4. Wash and pat dry chicken breast.
5. Using a knife, slice breast into halves.
6. Add chicken to a bowl and add pickle juice and the water and marinate for an hour or more (overnight even better)
7. In a bowl mix almond milk and egg, until combined.
Set aside.
8. In a separate bowl, add in breading ingredients.
9. Mix well and set aside.
10. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
11. Start by discarding pickle juice water mixture.
12. Dip one breast into the egg mixture and then into the breading mixture.
13. Add to hot oil carefully and fry for 2 to 4 minutes per side. Make sure to check temperature.
14. Set on a paper towel.
15. Once all breast fillets have been cooked.
16. Assemble sandwich.
