Serve-3
Ingredients
1-Ragi flour-30 gm
2-Moong dal-30 gm
3-Coriender leaves-10 gm
4-Onion-30 gm
5-Green Chili-As per taste
6-Garlic-4 cloves
7-Turmeric-1/4th tsp
8-Coriender powder-1/2 tsp
9-Salt-as per taste
10-Bottle gourd-50 gm
11-Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp
12-Oil- few drops
Cooking method
1-Wash and cook moong dal.
2-Take a bowl add ragi flour, chopped vegetables, turmeric, coriander powder and salt.
3-Mix well Distribute it in 3 portions.
4-Grease the tawa with few drops of oil.
5-Spread this batter on tawa, sprinkle sesame seeds.
6-Cook it.
Serve hot with curd
