Hey friends! Thanks so much for watching and leaving me a comment! I love hearing how your day is going.

If you are new here, thanks for watching! I came across Dr. Mcdougall and the Starch Solution in May of 2020 and was able to do a deep dive to learn about plant based living and plant based weight loss. It has changed my whole life! By learning about calorie density, I was able to use plants to lose the excess weight, fix my hormones, heal my body and am now living my most healthy life. I was able to this with a full plate, never feeling hungry or dissatisfied. I created this channel to share tips, tricks, and recipes that I wish I could have found when I was just starting my journey.

This video is a what I eat in a day video sharing more recipes and meal ideas showing what I ate to lose 70 lbs in 2020 and how I continue to eat to maintain that loss effortlessly.

I decided very soon after starting my channel to no longer include sponsorships any longer, and want all the products I recommend to be 100% genuine. However, making youtube videos is extremely labor and time intensive. If you have found my content at all helpful to your journey, please consider showing your support and making a small donation to help me continue making these videos. Recipes from this video:
Breakfast: I just warmed up some pre cooked steel cut oats, with one banana, a drizzle of California balsamic pumpkin pie balsamic vinegar, and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. SO yum! Add a couple tablespoons of canned pumpkin if you have it, and sweeten to your tastes! Such a delicious fall meal. I also warmed up some steamed veggies and drizzled with fresh lime juice. SO yum!

Lunch: I cooked up some sticky brown rice, rolled into sushi with cucumber and carrots (get creative with your sushi rolls, the possibilities are endless!) and ate with some steamed zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, drizzled with some hickory balsamic vinegar from California balsamic, with some aleppo pepper (favorite kind linked above)

Dinner:
I pulled out some precooked japanese sweet potatoes (Learn how I cook them here; microwaved them, and ate with some fresh green figs (it is fig season! So definitely try some out if you can) and a big green salad that had greens, cabbage, cucumber, peppers, pinto beans, baby tomatoes, and lime juice with garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper for a dressing.
