Serving-15
Ingredients
1-Whole wheat flour-120 gm (1 cup)
2-Oats-50 gm (1/2 cup full)
3-Onion-80 gm
4-Carrot-70 gm
5-Green peas-60 gm
6-Green chili-as per taste
7-Coriender leaves-Handful
8-Garlci-5 cloves
9-Salt-as per taste
10-Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
11-Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp
12-Coriender powder-1 tsp
13-Oil- to grease the pan.
Cooking method
1-Wash and chop all the vegetables.
2-Take a bowl add ata, oats ata, all veggies, spices and salt, add 3 cup water mix well.
3-Grease the tawa with little oil.
4-Take a spoon full batter and spread it on tawa cook it both sides.
Our healthy wheat dosa recipe is ready to serve. This is a low calorie recipe we can add it in our weight loss diet plan during breakfast time.
