Here’s my recipe for a super easy keto 0 carb bread made out of egg whites 🙂 I used a little salt to taste too.

Recipe:

I didn’t use exact measurements but off the top of my head for this amount I used approximately 1/4 cup of egg whites I’d say, you can use the carton of liquid whites or separate yourself. I mixed what I had left out of my carton and then separated the whites out of 2 eggs to use (saved the yolks to use for other things later).

I added a little salt and whipped it up with the mixer for about 15 minutes. it is key to make sure the mixture is stiff or it will fall flat. I turn the bowl upside down to make sure it is stiff enough.

Put in baking dish gently, careful not to disrupt the fluffiness. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, when you see some golden brown on the top.

How I made the French toast:

Mixed 2 whole eggs with a couple tablespoons of Swerve 0 carb/ 0 calorie sweetener, cinnamon, a splash of half and half, and vanilla (used a fork to just mix it up well). Coated the “bread” slices in the mixture and cooked it on a skillet with a little melted butter. Served with butter on top to your liking and sugar free syrup (the kind I use is only like 5 calories and 1 carb per 2 tablespoons).
