Soya chunks pulao recipe || Simple and healthy || Lunch or Dinner Recipe
Hey everyone. Hope you are doing well. Today I am sharing this amazing pulao recipe that you are going to love. This is a one-pot meal and you can serve it as lunch or dinner. Ingredients for pulao-
1. Basmati rice – 2 cups
2. Soya chunks – 2 cups
3. Cooking oil – 4 tbsp
4. Bay leaf – 2
5. Cardamom- 3
6. Cinnamon – 1 inch.
7. Cloves -3
8. Dry red chili – 2
9. Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
10. Black peppers – 6 -7
11. Onion – 1
12. Green chili – 2
13. Ginger garlic paste – 1.5 tsp
14. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
15. Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
16. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
17. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
18. Veggies – Carrot, French beans, green peas
19. Salt – 1.5 tbsp or as per taste
20. Lemon – half
21. Coriander leaves for garnishing
Ingredients for raita –
1. Curd – 250 gm
2. Black salt to taste
3. Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
4. Black pepper powder – 1/ 4 tsp
5. Little sugar
6. Finely chopped veggies like cucumber, tomato, etc.
