Ingredients –
1. Oats – 1/2 Cup
2. Semolina (Rava / Suji) – 1/2 Cup
3. Chopped Onions – 1/4 Cup
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 tbsp
5. Mustard Seeds (Rai) – 1/2 tsp
6. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
7. Urad Dal – 1 tsp
8. Curry Leaves – 4 to 5 nos.
9. Finely Chopped Chillies – 1 tsp
10. Grated Ginger – 1/2 tsp
11. Chopped Cashews (Kaju) – 1 tbsp
12. Green Peas (Matar) – 1 tbsp
13. Chopped Carrots – 1 tbsp
14. Chopped Coriander – 1 tbsp
15. Salt to Taste – 1 tsp
Method –
1. In a sauce pan, take 2 cups of Water, 1 tbsp of chopped Carrots, 1 tbsp of Green Peas (Matar) and cover with the lid and boil them for 5 mins on medium flame.
2. After 5 mins, vegetables are nicely cooked, turn off the flame and keep the boiled Water aside.
3. In another pan, take 1/2 cup of Oats and roast them for few minutes on medium flame and then remove in bowl and keep aside.
4. In same pan, take 2 tbsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee), 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds (Rai), 1/2 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1 tsp of Urad Dal, 1 tsp of finely chopped Chillies, 1/2 tsp of grated Ginger, few Curry Leaves and sauté for 1 minute or until color changes on medium flame.
5. Then add 1/2 cup of Semolina (Rava / Suji) and roast for 1 minute on medium flame.
6. Then add roasted Oats, 1 tsp of Salt as per taste and mix well.
7. Now add the boiled Water and veggies into the pan, mix well, add 1 tbsp of chopped Coriander and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
8. After 5 minutes, our healthy Oats Upma is now ready to serve hot.

5. सरसों के बीज – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
6. जीरा – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
7. उड़द की दाल – 1 चम्मच
8. करी पत्ता – 4 से 5 नग।
9. बारीक कटी मिर्च – 1 चम्मच
10. कद्दूकस किया हुआ अदरक – 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
11. कटे हुए काजू – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
12. हरी मटर – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
13. कटी हुई गाजर – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
14. कटा हरा धनिया – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
१५. स्वादानुसार नमक – १ छोटा चम्मच
