Here is a very nutritive and tasty recipe – Cheese Omelette Sandwich breakfast. You could make this healthy breakfast quick and fast with good nutrition. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, should be healthy and nutritious. The calorie count list of vitamins and minerals found in this breakfast are given in the video.
Cheese Omelette Sandwich Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 small size onion
½ tomato
1 egg
1 green chili
1 slice of brown bread
1 Tbsp cheese
1 Tsp oil
Recipe: Chop onion and tomato and add to an egg in a bowl. Chop green chili and coriander and add. Then add salt, red chili, turmeric and ground spices to taste. Turn on stove and place frying pan. Add 1 teaspoon oil. Pour whole mixture in the frying pan. Spread it evenly and leave for 5 minutes. Then turn upside down and add cheese. Cook for another two minutes and omelette is ready. Cut omelette in two halves.
Heat a brown bread slice from both sides and put both halves of the omelette in between the two halves of the bread slice. Your healthy and tasty Cheese Omelette Breakfast is ready. Enjoy!!
