BBQ Chicken Mozzarella Sticks | Healthy Recipes #shorts

– In a bowl, combine 8oz of room temperature cream cheese, 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of shredded chicken, 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and 1 package (about 1/4 cup) of dry onion soup mix
– Line a square dish with parchment paper and add the chicken and cheese mixture
– Place a few pieces of string mozzarella cheese into the mixture and freeze for one hour
– Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or pan to 375 degrees F.
– Take the chicken and cheese mixture out of the freezer and cut it into rectangles
– Fill a bowl with flour, another with scrambled eggs, and another with bread crumbs
– Coat the piece of chicken and cheese in the flour, followed by the egg wash followed by the bread crumbs.
– Double dredge it by putting it back in the egg and back in the bread crumbs one more time
– Fry for roughly 4 minutes and enjoy
