This is a healthy lemon pound cake recipe that uses olive oil and yogurt instead of butter to keep things light and healthy. It has less sugar and more protein that your typical pound cake, and is just as delicious as regular pound cake!

Ingredients:
* 1.5 cups of all purpose flour
* 3/4 cups of raw sugar (I’m using turbinado)
* 1/4 of sweetener of your choice (I’m using Stevia)
* 2 full eggs, and 2 additional egg whites
* 1 cup of yogurt (I’m using 2% greek yogurt)
* 2 lemons
* 1/2 a cup of olive oil
* 2 tablespoons of honey
* 1/2 tsp of salt
* 2 tsps of baking powder
