Hi everyone! In today’s video I spent a day eating and training like Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot.

Gal’s Trainer, Magnus, took a very whole foods approach with nutrition plan, all while allowing her some leeway to have fun with her meals and eat the foods she loves! Overall, I had a great day training like Wonder Woman and truly loved her meal and training plan.
