Here is a very nutritive and tasty recipe – Lentil-Oat-Bread breakfast. You could make this healthy breakfast quick and fast with good nutrition. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, should be healthy and nutritious.
Recipe for making Lentil-Oat-Bread breakfast:
Ingredients: 1 Egg, 1 Tbsp white flour, 1.5 Tbsp lentils, 1.5 Tbsp oats, 1/4 cup milk, 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tomato, 1 green chilli
Total calories: 275
Recipe: Grind lentil and oats. In a container add ground oats and lentil mix. Add white flour and green chilli. To taste add black pepper, salt, coriander seeds and black cumin. Then add green coriander and egg to the mix. Mix all the ingredients well. Add milk and mix again. Preheat frying pan for a few seconds. Add a tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan. Spread whole the material equally in the frying pan. Cover for five minutes. After 5 minutes turn upside down and cover for 3 more minutes. Cut into pieces and serve with tomato paste.
Tomato paste: Grind tomato, chilli and salt and mix. The paste is ready.
