Slices of bread – 2
Banana – 1
Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
Butter
#Mid-morning snack [Fruit salad]:
Pomegranate – 1 small
Mango – 1/2
Apples – 1
Kiwi – 1
Honey – 1 tbsp
Lunch [Soya rice with yogurt and carrot] – #Rich source of Proteins:
Soya chunks / meal maker – 1 cup
Basmati rice
Kashmiri – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Whole spices : Cinnamon – 1 small piece, Cardamom – 1, Cloves – 2, Bay leaf – 1, Peppercorns – ¼ tsp
Ghee and oil as per your liking
Big onion [chopped] – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Big tomato [chopped] – 1
Green chilli – 1
Kashmiri chilli – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Coriander powder – ¾ – 1 tsp
Bunch of coriander leaves
Basmati rice – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups [same cup used for measuring rice]
Salt as per your liking
Lime juice – 1/2
Yogurt – ½ cup
Grated carrot – ¼ cup
#Tea – time drink and snack:
Banana Date smoothie
Bananas – 1 ½
Dates – 3 pitted dates – as per your liking
Cold / crushed milk – 1 glass
Banana fritters :
Ghee – 1 or 2 tsp
Sliced plantain banana – 1
Sugar or honey
#Dinner [Chicken casserole]:
Broccoli [blanched] – 1
Olive oil
Garlic [Chopped] – 1 tsp
Tomatoes [Chopped] – 1
Garlic powder – ¼ tsp
Onion powder – ¼ tsp
Chicken mince – 100 g
Salt – As per liking
Pepper – ½ tsp
Kashmiri chilli – 1 tsp
Italian herbs – 1 tsp
#White sauce:
Butter – 1 tbsp
All purpose flour / Maida – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Pepper – ½ tsp
Mix broccoli mixture to the white sauce
#Sweet potato:
Sliced Sweet potato – 2 [Big]
#Baking:
Oven proof square dish – Apply butter generously
Lay the sweet potato and the chicken white sauce mixture alternately
Cheddar cheese to cover
Bedtime drink [Turmeric milk] – Antioxidant, boosts immunity:
Hot Milk – cup
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Sugar – ¼ tsp
