I wanted to post this video because I thought it would help inspire everyone to eat healthier and find a different angle to eating and preparing healthier foods. I love using my Nutribullet and I use it weekly to give me a kick start to my day. I like to drink it before the gym or after a workout, weather it be after playing baseball or doing some sport activity, I feel it makes me feel better and gives me more energy. I hope you guys enjoy this short video!
