Recipes:
Egg Muffins
Mix together:
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/3 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder (or spice of your choice)
2 tsp mixed dried herbs (or spice of your choice)
Place your veggies into the muffin pan:
1 cup of Cheery tomatoes
1 cup of spinach
Pour mixture into the muffin pan
Bake for 15 – 20min at 190 degrees Celsius
Apple Slices
Take 4 apples and core them
Then slice the apples on their side to create flat apple pieces
Spread peanut butter onto
Sprinkle raisins and some cinnamon
Sweet Potato Fries:
Peel 1 pound of sweet potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch “fries”
In a bowl mix together:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
fine sea salt, to taste
In a second bowl mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the cut sweet potato and then pour in the mixture of seasoning and cornstarch.
Place fries on a baking tray and lay flat.
Bake for 15min then turn fries over and bake for another 10 -15 min at 200 degrees
