Salt to taste
Cooking soda – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tsp (Chopped)
Ghee / Clarified butter – 1 tsp

Ingredients used for chutney :
Tomato – 5
Small / Sambar onion – 10 to 15
Dry red chilli – 6
Garlic – 5 cloves
Tamarind – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp (Chopped)
Salt to taste
