Follow the recipe👇🏻
– Take the shell off a shrimp and using a knife, take the vein out
– Coat the shrimp with olive oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper
– Saute the shrimp on a medium high pan for roughly 1 minute each side
– Combine 1 cup of room temperature butter with 1/4 cup of chopped parsley and 2 grated cloves of garlic
– Spread the butter on 2 slices of thick cut toast and add to a medium low frying pan
– Place a slice of muenster cheese on each slice of bread, add a drop of water to the pan and cover for 30 seconds
– To one side of bread add 6 shrimps, place the other slice of cheesy bread on top and add another drop of water to melt the cheese
– Cover and cook for about 3 minutes
