In today’s video, I’m going to be showing you guys how to make cauliflower rice in an easy and healthy way for weight loss. This recipe is perfect for anyone who is dieting as it is very healthy plus it’s also very easy to make!

Ingredients:

Cauliflower – 250g
Cumin Seeds – 1/2tsp
Onion – 1 [small, diced]
Water – 2tsp
Chicken [cubes]
Water – [another] 2tsp
Black Pepper – 1tsp
Pink Salt – 1tsp
Crushed Red Chili – 1tsp
Water – [another] 2tsp
Egg – 1
Mixed Vegetables
Peppers [chopped]

Notes:

-You can add a bit of water whenever you thing the food [while frying] needs it.
– You can add a bit of olive oil but I usually don’t use it when I’m dieting.
– You can add whatever vegetables you wish to add and the quantity is also up to you.
