Easy to make and no Cook Oats Recipe

Overnight soaked Oats and Fresh Fruits, is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe helps to lose weight say in a week.

Ingredients
Oats half a cup
low fat curd half a cup
low fat milk half a cup
chia seeds 2 tsp
honey 2 tsp
fruits
apple banana and pomegranate
take half a cup of curd and quarter cup of oats, mix and transfer to jar.In a bowl take a half a cup of milk chip seeds and quarter cup of oats and transfer to jar forming layers. Add 2 tsp of honey or dates and close the lid. keep the jar in the fridge overnight.
Next Morning add your favorite fresh fruits and enjoy.
