Ingredients:
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
1 tbsp ginger (finely chopped)
1/2 medium onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp carrot (chopped)
2 tbsp green capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp yellow capsicum (chopped )optional)
2 tbsp red capsicum (chopped)optional)
2 tbsp french beans ( chopped)
(You can use any veggies you like)
1 mediun tomato (chopped)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup moong dal (soaked for 1/2 to 1 hour)
1 cup instant oats
Salt as per taste
4 cups of water
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Some lemon juice
(Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium flame)
