Here is a very tasty recipe – Tomato Chicken Sandwich breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Therefore, should be healthy and nutritious.

Vitamins and minerals in the breakfast:
Vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, K
Minerals: Fe, Cu, Mg, K, Se, Zn

Ingredients: (504 Calories)
2 Bread slices (preferably brown bread)
1/2 Chicken breast boneless (small)
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Butter (optional)
3 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Green chilli

Recipe:
Marinate the chicken slices. Add yogurt. To taste add salt and black pepper.
Pre-heat frying pan and put the marinated chicken in the frying pan on low heat. Cover the pan for 10 minutes. Turn the chicken slices in the frying pan upside down. Again cover it for 10 minutes. The chicken is ready.

Tomato paste: Cut the tomato and the chilli in small pieces. Pre-heat a flat frying pan and put the tomato and chilli on it, add a pinch of salt and completely dry the water. The tomato paste is ready.

Apply the butter (optional) on the slices. Apply the tomato paste on the butter layer. Cut the chicken slices in pieces by cutting across. Arrange the chicken slices on the bread slices with butter and tomato paste. Place another bread slice on the chicken and cut the sandwich in triangles. Heat the sandwich on both the sides.
