RECIPES:
1. CHIA JAM
– 2tbsp chia seeds
-5tbsp water
MIX TOGETHER AND SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
-1 cup of mixed berries
-BLEND CHIA AND BERRIES
2. AVO
-1/2 avocado
-1tbsp each chilli flakes, garlic salt, coriander
-Juice of half a lemon
MASH ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
3. NUTELLA
– 2 cups hazelnuts
– 50 grams of vegan chocolate
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2-4 tbsp syrup
ROAST NUTS FOR 15 MINUTES, ADD TO BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH BUTTER, MELT CHOCOLATE AND ADD TO BLENDER WITH SYRUP, SALT AND VANILLA AND BLEND UNTIL COMBINED
4. MUG CAKE
– 4tbsp flour
– 2tbsp sugar
-1tsp baking powder
– 2 tsp mashed banana or pumpkin
– 1tbsp cacao or cocoa
-4tbsp almond milk
– splash vanilla
-1-2tbsp chocolate
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, MIX WELL, MICROWAVE FOR 45 SECONDS .. ADD SYRUP OMG
5. BLISS BALLS
– 1cup oats
-8-10 medjool dates
-1/3-1/2 cup coconut
BLEND OR FOOD PROCESS UNTIL STICKY, ROLL INTO BALLS, COAT IN COCONUT OR COCOA
6. SMOOTHIE BOWL:
-2 frozen bananas thawed
-200ml almond milk
-2 tbsp cacao or cocoa
BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK
TOP WITH BERRIES, COCONUT, CACAO NIBS, SYRUP
7. APPLE DIPPERS
– 1 apple sliced
– Vegan nutella above
-Coconut and granola
DIP APPLE INTO NUTEELLA AND TOP WITH GRANOLA, COCONUT
